Throughout our years of operation New Heat has concentrated on the fundamentals of building a company where plumbers want to join us, where delivering total service and quality is expected. Our platform of operation is mixed. We can have a fully qualified team working at a single unit site of 7000 ft.² or a site with 49 units of various internal design. All aspects are covered correctly in reference to gas, domestic pipework, SDP, or underfloor heating.
‘Toolbox’ talks in line with SSIP accreditation are held monthly throughout our various sites.
New Heat management conduct on site ‘Management Safety Tours’ with the clients site representative to assess that correct working conditions are in place throughout.
We retain AD Consulting, who review all aspects of Health and Safety on our behalf and implement training where necessary.
At the conclusion of our time on site we will conduct a 78 point checklist with the designated representative of the developer to ‘sign off ‘our contract. Developers find this inspection procedure extremely professional and reassuring.
Throughout the working week we have full back office support where administration duties covering client liaison ,procurement, financial aspects and logistics are attended to. We also operate ‘Fresh Desk’ for ourselves and our clients for up to 2 years. This covers any issues appertaining to our finished contracts.
